4 Month Update

Well, here are a couple pics of my hair. I washed it, moisturized it, and picked it out. It's been 4 months, 2 weeks, and 1 day since my big cut. I'm still loving my natural hair. I'm getting a little bored with just wearing a headband all the time, so I'm looking into finding a salon that deals with natural hair. I want to get a trim and get my hair braided. I want some kind of design in the front. It'll be something different. My front and top are growing really well, but my sides and back are taking a while to grow. I'm hoping by summer I'll be able to make a small pony puff. I was talking to Brandy and both of us miss
being able to put our hair in ponytails. I just think it'll be so cute. I've seen other women with natural hair and they've moisturized their hair and slicked it back and put it in a pony puff and it's so wavy and shiny and healthy looking. It's hard to believe that it's been almost 5 months since I cut off my relaxed hair. I haven't regretted doing it at all. I've been looking for colorful scarves that I can use instead of my plain headbands. I was on a website and saw this woman who put flowers in her hair and it was so cute when she put them on the side of her puff. Not to get off the subject, but how awesome do my eyes look in the second pic?? I wasn't planning that at all! Lol Any who, I guess that'll be all for now. I wanted to get my 4 month pics up before Brandy tried to snatch me bald (j/k, B. You know I loves ya). Keep on trucking with the naturals! VIVA LA NAPPYHEADS! I know that may not be right, but you get what I'm saying. Lol Later!
